Mtown8 is built with one clear goal — to bring a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience tailored specifically for the Malaysian market. From the latest security technology to round-the-clock customer support in Bahasa Malaysia, we always put our players' satisfaction and comfort first.
Who We Are
Mtown8 is more than just a name in Malaysia's online gaming industry. It is the result of a vision held by a group of professionals who believe Malaysian players deserve something better — a platform that truly understands local needs, natively supports the Malaysian Ringgit, and delivers a gaming experience that stands alongside any global platform.
The mtown8 journey began with a simple question: why do Malaysian players still have to deal with obstacles like currency conversion hassles, interfaces that aren't locally friendly, and customer support that doesn't understand the Malaysian context? From that question, mtown8 was born — with a commitment to address all those gaps at once.
From day one, mtown8 has prioritised two things above all else: player trust and a seamless user experience. 256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction and personal data, while an independently verified random number generator (RNG) ensures every game runs fairly with no manipulation. This isn't just a promise — it's the foundation of how we operate.
Today, mtown8 offers more than eight game categories — from sports betting, slots, bingo and fish shooting to classic table games — all accessible via smartphone or desktop with no download required. Our platform is fully optimised for Malaysian mobile users, with an intuitive interface and fast load times even on standard data connections.
Over half a million registered members have entrusted their gaming experience to mtown8, and that number grows every day. We do not take this trust lightly — it is a responsibility we uphold through continuous improvement, investment in technical infrastructure and training of customer support staff who truly understand the needs of Malaysian players.
Mtown8 was launched in beta to 10,000 selected users in Malaysia, with an initial focus on sports betting and slots.
Bingo, Fish Shooting and Live Casino games added. Total membership reached 100,000 within a year.
FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay are fully integrated. Deposits and withdrawals are faster and easier than ever.
Mtown8 is recognised as one of the most trusted online gaming platforms in Malaysia by the local player community.
A historic milestone with over half a million registered members. The largest progressive jackpot reached RM500,000.
